“Despite their battiness, the characters are vibrant, complex and always fun to watch. Sherri Eden Barber’s direction lends the play the freewheeling feel of Lewis Carroll mixed with the creepiness of The Twilight Zone. Many have compared Mr. Landing to a deconstructed Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, which Caine admits may have subconsciously influenced the story. Either way, the show will keep you guessing to the very end.”

“Review: Mr. Landing Takes A Fall”
Aviva Woolf – StageBuddy

Mr. Landing Takes a Fall is smart, witty, and richly symbolic. Caine’s language always crackles, and she never makes the rookie mistakes of explaining too much or pandering to her audience. Absurdist theater may be an acquired taste, but for those with an appetite for it, this production has served up a tasty morsel.”

“Suburbia comes to The Flea Theater in all its Astroturfed absurdity.”
Pete Hempstead – Theater Mania

“Director Sherri Eden Barber has also done an excellent job of keeping all of the actors on the same page—they comfortably inhabit this bizarre world […] the actors never lose their energy or commitment to this piece. This production is also blessed with a fantastic design team […] It is a very smart and funny play that isn’t afraid to show humanity at its highest and lowest.”
